Required Identification Documents
Please provide a valid passport or driving licence that corresponds with the first name and surname provided in your application. You will need to upload a digital copy of this identification document in PDF, JPEG, or BMP format, with a maximum file size of 4MB.
Name Verification
Ensure that the first name and surname entered on your application match exactly as they appear on your identification document.
Sponsor Identification
It is mandatory to by referred by an existing member in order to join Herbalife. Include your sponsor 8-10 digit ID and the first three letters of their surname as part of your application. Please contact me if you want me to be your sponsor and help you achieve your Herbalife goals.
Residential Address
Applicants must reside within the United Kingdom. Please provide your full home address as proof of your residency.
Age Requirement
Applicants must be at least 18 years old. Individuals aged between 14 and 17 must have a physical purchase of a Herbalife Nutrition Member Pack and submit a signed contract along with the Deed of Guarantee for Minors to Herbalife Nutrition.
Application Type
Applications must be made on an individual basis. Once your membership has been established, partners and life partners may be added to your account.
Herbalife Nutrition Member Pack
If you have not yet acquired a Herbalife Nutrition Member Pack (HMP), you have the option to purchase one during the registration process. Payment can be made using Visa or Mastercard. For those who have already purchased an HMP, please provide the ID number and online code found at the top of the member application within your pack during the online registration process.
