Can Preferred Customers retail product?
Preferred Customers must not sell products they purchase for retail sale – any purchases should only be used for personal consumption and their customer status will be immediately terminated if this practice is discovered.

Is it permissible for a Preferred Customer to sell products to friends utilizing their discount?
The answer is no, a Preferred Customer is not allowed to retail products. Their purchases are strictly for personal use only.

Do Preferred Customers have a maximum order limit?
Yes, Preferred Customers do have order limits; they can accumulate up to 6000 points annually and a flag will appear when an order reaches 500 points; however even once this limit has been met they are still allowed to place orders with zero volume, such as for an Annual Fee payment.

Do Preferred Customers need to cover the shipping costs for their orders?
Preferred Customers can take advantage of free shipping for orders that accumulate a minimum of 40 Points.

Will Preferred Customers need to requalify annually in order to maintain their discount percentage?
No annual requalification of discount percentage is necessary for Preferred Customers.

What does the Annual Preferred Customer Fee cover?
The Annual Fee unlocks access to MyHerbalife.com, an extensive platform with resources aimed at nutrition and wellbeing, plus Preferred Customer-only promotions tailored specifically for them.

Does a period of inactivity or waiting period apply to Preferred Customers?
Indeed, 180 consecutive days of inactivity must pass before Preferred Customers or their spouse can transition into Distributors or Preferred Customers under different Sponsors. The waiting period starts from the initial application or renewal renewal or most recent order (whichever was most recent) but does not apply if Distributors transitioning into Preferred Customers; should such Preferred Customer wish to register immediately under their original Sponsor then no waiting period applies.

Is it possible for a Preferred Customer to request a Sponsor change?
Preferred Customers do not have the option to change Sponsors; should they wish to register under another distributor, their existing Preferred Customer agreement must be terminated first and they will need to wait 180 days without activity before applying under a different Sponsor again.

Can a Preferred Customer request a refund?
Preferred Customers have the right to request a refund and have up to 30 days from when they received their products to return or exchange them, either with no further obligations on them.

Is it possible for a Preferred Customer to resign?
Preferred Customers have the option of submitting their request for contract termination by mail. If they, their spouse or Life Partner wishes to reenroll as Preferred Customers/Distributors under the same sponsor immediately following resignation, then no 180-Day Period of Inactivity will be enforced from that date on; during which they can only make purchases from distributors as retail customers.

Is there a Price List for a Preferred Customer?
Indeed, a price list for Preferred Customers is available and will be published on MyHerbalife.com.

Can a Preferred Customer place an international order?
Preferred Customers may only purchase products within the country in which they registered as Preferred Customers.

What does the Preferred Customer Welcome Pack consist of in Ireland and how much does it cost?
In Ireland, the Preferred Customer Welcome Pack comprises a Digital Pack priced at EUR 36.57 including VAT.

Who can I sign up as a new Preferred Customer?
Any new or existing customer who expresses interest in becoming a Preferred Customer is eligible to sign up.

Is it permissible for minors to become Preferred Customers?
No, individuals must be a minimum of 18 years of age to qualify for Preferred Customer status.

How can a Preferred Customer become eligible to obtain and utilize a voucher?
Preferred Customers who accumulate 100 Points from personal purchases will receive a voucher valued at 20 euros which remains valid for 180 days and cannot be applied towards an initial order.

If a Distributor decides to convert to a Preferred Customer can they later convert back to a Distributor?
Should a Distributor opt to transition into Preferred Customer status, they retain the option of switching back at any point; similarly, Preferred Customers may become Distributors as well. However, Preferred Customers who wish to become distributors must be ready and willing to commit themselves fully to the role and adhere to its rules and requirements. Conversion can be initiated online at any time and purchasing a conversion pack is mandatory for new Preferred Customers; however, distributors who previously became Preferred Customers but now wish to revert back are not required to purchase one.
